About The Position

The Picklr is seeking dependable, outgoing part-time weekend team members to join their staff. This role involves welcoming guests, growing memberships, and ensuring the club runs smoothly during busy weekends. The position offers a base pay of $18/hour plus unlimited commissions on memberships, merchandise, and events. It provides hands-on experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, and club operations, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Consistent availability on both Saturdays and Sundays.
• Comfortable working varying weekend shifts based on club needs.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to stay organized during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and provide friendly, professional front desk service.
• Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.
• Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through helpful, engaging conversations.
• Answer member questions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and events.
• Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.
• Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
• Build relationships with members and work with teammates to keep busy shifts running smoothly.
