Requirements

Must be able to work closing shift M-F (M-TH until 7:15pm, F until 5:45pm)
Customer service experience preferred
Dependable and detail-oriented professional
Clear communicator who can navigate sensitive or complex patient scenarios with grace
Tech-savvy and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a medical, clinical, or wellness setting strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome every client warmly, respectfully, and professionally.
Coordinate scheduling across service lines to maximize availability and streamline care.
Accurately collect copays, balances, and payment information while maintaining a professional tone.
Answer calls, respond to referrals, manage faxes, and deliver timely follow-ups to patients.
Keep client accounts up-to-date, ensuring all demographic and insurance information is current.
Respond clearly and compassionately to a range of client questions, including those related to Motor Vehicle Accident and L&I cases.
Assist with additional administrative duties that help keep the clinic running smoothly.
