About The Position

Hudson Valley Imaging, a Rezolut company, is seeking a Front Desk Lead to join our New Windsor location! Rezolut is a national emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services. With focus on four key platforms, our vision is to provide topnotch patient care partnered with innovative technology — to achieve better health outcomes. We provide high-quality, cost-effective, fixed-site outpatient diagnostic imaging as well as mobile imaging and health services. In each of our regions, we are the best in radiology, offering all radiology services! The Front Desk Lead MUST have radiology experience. This position will oversee front desk operations and staff and provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a team lead or other leadership role
• Experience working in a radiology healthcare facility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Display quality customer service by greeting and assisting visitors
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Train and supervise front desk staff
• Assign and delegate tasks as needed
• Act as a liaison between patients and staff
• Monitor office supplies
• Enforce office policies
