About The Position

Hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. Requirements

• 2+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience required
• Sales and customer-service focused with an emphasis on member retention and relationship building
• Experience with lead follow-up, sales conversion, or membership sales preferred
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales and performance goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful personality
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with both guests and team members
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced studio environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience
• Manage lead outreach and follow up with prospective members to drive new memberships and appointments
• Build relationships with guests and members to encourage retention and repeat visits
• Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and studio services
• Educate guests on membership options, services, retail products, and promotions
• Follow up with prospective and existing members to increase conversions, rebookings, and retention
• Manage daily appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling using Mindbody
• Maintain accurate client and membership information and ensure all transactions are processed correctly
• Support the front desk team with daily opening, closing, and studio organization responsibilities
• Monitor and communicate studio needs, including retail and front desk supplies
• Assist with resolving guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Meet and track sales, membership, and lead-conversion goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and studio environment
• Support and assist fellow team members to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
