About The Position

VyFy Wellness Club is looking for a high-energy, highly organized, people-focused person to join their team full-time. This is not a traditional front desk position. The role involves welcoming customers, directing appointment flow, supporting Wellness Technicians, keeping the day organized, and discussing wellness and recovery services. It is also a sales position, requiring comfort in recommending memberships, packages, products, and services when appropriate for the customer.

Excited to learn about wellness, recovery, and the technologies offered
Previous customer service experience in a salon, spa, wellness center, hospitality environment, or other high-touch customer service business is ideal.
Sales experience is also a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Manage customer and appointment flow throughout the day.
Work closely with the VyFy Director and VyFy Wellness Technicians to keep appointments running smoothly.
Learn scheduling, customer management, and marketing software.
Develop a strong understanding of VyFy's wellness and recovery modalities.
Confidently explain services and help customers understand which options may be right for them.
Sell memberships, packages, services, machines, and products.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist customers with questions.
