Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
- Commitment to helping others and working with a team
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering questions
- Taking messages for staff
- Speaking with customers about their desired services
- Giving pricing information
- Upselling treatments or products
- Generating quotes
- Figuring out wait times
- Assisting with general cleaning duties
- Maintaining a positive, seamless retail environment
