About The Position

The Front Desk Guest Services role at Staybridge Suites Hotel is a part-time position focused on creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests. Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and welcoming arrival experience by greeting guests, completing check-ins, and assigning suites with care.
  • Respond to guest calls and inquiries with a helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Accurately post charges (room, food, telephone, etc.), process payments, and ensure a smooth, seamless billing experience.
  • Assist guests with making, modifying, and confirming reservations to meet their needs.
  • Keep a close eye on suite availability to best accommodate our guests.
  • Set up personalized wake-up calls upon request.
  • Handle guest mail, packages, and messages with attention and care.
  • Provide an easy and efficient departure experience through accurate and timely check-out services.
  • Open and close shifts responsibly, including balancing cash and completing required drops.
  • Keep the Pantry and coffee area inviting, clean, and fully stocked for our guests to enjoy.
  • Share information about hotel amenities and services, including complimentary breakfast, evening socials, and bar offerings.
  • Act as a local host by offering directions and recommendations for nearby dining, shopping, and attractions.
  • Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment in the lobby and front entrance areas.
  • Coordinate and schedule shuttle service for guests when applicable.
