The Front Desk Agent will be the face of MCR for new hires and team members, exemplifying MCR’s values and setting a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. This role involves checking guests in and out, posting charges, assisting guests with disabilities, managing reservations, arranging specialized services for VIP customers, operating the switchboard, collaborating with internal departments, complying with company procedures and safety policies, and creating a positive work environment. The position also includes performing other duties as assigned.
