This role oversees all front desk operations and supervises desk staff during scheduled shifts. The manager will assist patrons and guests with their health, fitness, and recreational needs, and direct and delegate tasks to staff. Responsibilities also include assisting building managers with facility operations, handling money and shift till reconciliation, conducting hourly building inspections, addressing patron concerns and complaints, performing light cleaning and maintenance, and opening the building. The manager will also oversee one assigned desk task and enforce all front desk, building, and Lehi City Policies and Procedures. A remote Teams Staff Meeting is required every other Thursday at 4pm.
