Join the Northwest Kids Dental Team as a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator! The Woodlands, TX | English & Spanish Preferred Do you light up when working with children? At Northwest Kids Dental, we believe every visit should be more than just a dental appointment, it should be a Kidsperience! We're looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping our doctors and clinical team provide outstanding care.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and a team player
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Front office or customer service experience preferred
• Dental and ortho experience is a plus
• Denticon and Cloud 9 experience is a bonus
• Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every kiddo and caregiver with warmth and enthusiasm
• Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly
• Answering phones and assisting families with questions
• Verifying insurance and collecting patient information
• Supporting our doctors and clinical team with patient flow
• Creating a fun, organized, and positive environment for every family
• Building lasting relationships with our patients and community
