Our office is growing and looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator!

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Dental Experience preferred
  • Working Knowledge of dental insurance
  • Experience presenting treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Verifying Insurance and completing detailed benefit breakdowns
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Collecting co-payments
  • Presenting treatment plans
