Requirements

One or more years of professional administrative or customer-facing experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
Strong organizational capabilities with a track record of balancing multiple daily priorities.
Proficiency with standard digital workplace tools such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a dedication to fostering a welcoming community space.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience coordinating corporate events or office celebrations.
Familiarity with modern digital visitor management software or badging systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary workplace ambassador, welcoming global visitors and personnel with an inclusive, high-energy approach.
Master communication channels by managing phone systems and connecting external inquiries with internal experts seamlessly.
Spearhead office logistics, including inventory management, secure visitor badging, incoming mail distribution, and shipping operations.
Optimize local collaboration by managing conference room schedules and assisting with the coordination of exciting office events and internal activities.
Champion diverse administrative projects that support workplace efficiency and reinforce a supportive, productive office environment.
