About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Concierge / Workplace Experience Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering a world-class customer service experience in a high-visibility corporate office environment located in Midtown, New York City. This in-person role requires a polished and hospitality-driven approach to enhance the workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

  • 2+ years in a front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality or hotel front desk/reception experience.
  • Experience in a corporate office or workplace services environment.
  • Event coordination or meeting support experience.
  • Familiarity with concierge-style service delivery.
  • associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome employees, clients, and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures and visitor management.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup, and readiness.
  • Perform daily workplace checks ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of supplies and catering.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests efficiently.
  • Support events and meetings as needed, including setup and coordination.
  • Partner with facilities and vendors to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Create a seamless, 'white glove' experience for all visitors.
  • Issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities upon request.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
  • Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space and handling setup and tear down.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
