Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests, assist with smooth check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a professional and hospitable environment throughout their stay.
Efficiently manage room assignments based on guest preferences, group status, and loyalty memberships, while handling same-day and future reservations.
Provide informed recommendations on hotel services, local attractions, entertainment, and events to enhance the guest’s overall experience.
Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, apply qualified discounts, and maintain accurate billing and account records.
Support guest use of secure deposit boxes, complete all front desk reports, and follow established procedures for financial and operational policies.
