About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Clerk to join their team at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa in Sedona, AZ. This role is responsible for ensuring every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience by checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests and owners create lasting vacation memories.

Requirements

• Proficient English language
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing tasks to meet organizational goals and business needs.
• 6 months Customer Service Experience.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and owners on arrival.
• Check in/out guests.
• Generates folio and collects payments.
• Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
• Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
• Answering phones and directing calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
