Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
- Warm, professional demeanor with a passion for working around children and families
- Must pass required background checks per state childcare regulations
Responsibilities
- Greet families, children, and visitors warmly upon arrival and departure
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage student check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize front desk records, enrollment paperwork, and administrative files
- Support center directors and staff with scheduling, communications, and daily operations
- Handle tuition payments, receipts, and basic billing transactions
- Ensure the front lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and welcoming
