About The Position

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, making sure their stay is enjoyable and smooth. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet interpersonal goals.
  • 6 months of Customer Service Experience.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent.
  • Experience handling credit card transactions.
  • Background in Resort Hospitality or related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and owners on arrival.
  • Checking in/out guests.
  • Generating folios and collecting payments.
  • Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting appropriate departmental personnel.
  • Preparing and consistently restocking the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets and area information.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your leader.
