This role is responsible for ensuring every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to requests, and managing reservations. You will also be responsible for inputting information into the computerized reservations system, resolving unit availability issues, assisting guests with reservations or changes, generating invoices, collecting payments, maintaining safety deposit boxes, receiving and relaying housekeeping and maintenance requests, preparing and restocking front desk supplies, preparing arrival packets, providing information on area attractions and resort amenities, and typing correspondence and reports for management.
