About The Position

Fitness Factory Gym is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic team member who enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment for members, and caring for children while parents work out. The Front Desk / Child Care Associate combines front desk responsibilities and member service with providing children a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-oriented personality.
• Enjoy working with children and interacting with families.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain attentive and engaged while supervising children.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or child care experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Assist members with check-ins and general questions.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive gym experience.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Supervise children in the gym's designated child care area.
• Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
• Follow child care policies, safety procedures, and check-in/check-out protocols.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with parents.
• Keep the child care area clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Report safety concerns or incidents to management promptly.
