This is a seasonal, hourly position from Mid May to Mid October. Working alongside our Contact Service Center Coordinators at Joe Dodge Lodge, this position provides top quality guest service and a positive first impression to all of our overnight guests. This includes checking in of guests, assisting them in adjusting their plans, solving any issues they bring forward and providing information on the local trails and area. In addition to interacting with overnight guests, this role is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks performed over several software platforms.
