About The Position
HealthFitness is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This is an on-call/substitute position, providing coverage on an as-needed basis when regular team members are unavailable. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, helping create a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
