About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Process arrivals and departures, verify information, and issue room keys using the Hotelkey reservation system.
  • Provide friendly, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Answer calls, respond to messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Create, modify, and confirm bookings using the property’s reservation system.
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Address guest concerns, escalate issues when needed, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Maintain logs, reports, and daily shift documentation.
