The Front Desk Associate is responsible for making room reservations and checking guests in and out of the Hotel. This role involves issuing room keys, pamphlets, and discount cards, as well as providing information to guests about hotel services and local attractions. The associate ensures the confidentiality, security, and safety of hotel guests regarding Front Desk communications and arranges transportation for guests. Additionally, the role includes computing bills, posting charges, collecting payments, and making change. The Front Desk Associate will also run various reports, maintain the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area, and wear a uniform up to property standards at all times. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
