Requirements

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Efficiently check guests in and out
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow all Wyndham brand standards, company policies, and safety procedures
