About The Position

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for overseeing front desk operations and serving as a primary point of contact for guests and teammates. This role involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, supporting and training new team members, resolving guest issues, and managing daily administrative tasks to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with strong people skills and patience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using hotel systems.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations and act as a problem solver for guests and teammates.
