Dermalogica is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at our flagship store in West Hollywood. In this role, you will play an integral part in building lasting customer relationships, providing personalized skincare advice, and contributing to the achievement of overall store goals and objectives. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
Strong people skills to engage and connect with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous work approach with a dedication to cleanliness and a proactive attitude.
A passion for skincare and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Able to work this schedule: Thursday-Saturday (24 total hours a week) 8:30-5pm or later

Nice To Haves

Preferred 1 year of experience in a salon/spa environment.

Responsibilities

Educate and inspire customers to experience all Dermalogica concepts, focusing on FaceMapping and increasing retail product awareness.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships by delivering personalized skincare advice and solutions.
Achieve personal key performance indicator (KPI) goals and collaborate with the team to accomplish overall goals and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up, ensuring each customer feels valued.
Meet monthly and yearly retail and service productivity expectations.
Utilize FaceMappings, Skin Lessons, and other Dermalogica concepts during skincare consultations on the retail floor.
Collaborate with the Lead Skin Therapist to learn Dermalogica Protocols for Pro30 and Pro60 treatments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products, technology, ingredients, and treatments in the skincare industry.
Maintain store policies, cleanliness, and organization.
