Front Desk Associate Part-Time
About The Position
Wisconsin Aviation provides flight services to customers at the Watertown Airport. Our customers enjoy our many services such as flight instruction, charter flights, and maintenance; all part of the exciting field of general aviation. Customers have a question, you have an answer! You have the pleasure of face-to-face contact with pilots and passengers. It's an exciting industry with on the job training. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Individuals must be capable to answer telephone and radio systems regularly while providing product and service information. We are a 7 day a week operation, so the ability to work an occasional weekend day and holiday shift(s) is required.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Working experience with face-to-face customers and customer accounts beneficial
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to learn and work with software systems
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid (clean) driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work unrestricted in the United States as a citizen or permanent resident
