Front Desk Ambassador - Club Elevate (Part-Time)
About The Position
Club Elevate Framingham is looking for someone with big energy and zero attitude problems to run our front desk, greet our members, and help us look good - literally and online. This role involves being the first face members see, handling check-ins, reservations, and scheduling, answering phones and questions, processing payments and membership information, backing up coaches, and posting content for social media. The position also requires showing up for brand events and community pop-ups to help spread the word about Club Elevate and other Momentum Enterprises brands.
Requirements
- Outgoing energy and can hold a real conversation
- Reliable
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Available weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Instagram/TikTok
- Retail, sales, or hospitality experience
- CPR/AED cert preferred (or willing to get one)
