Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for serving our diverse guest base effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Knowledge of front desk operations, including guest relations and reservation systems.
  • Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a resort or hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing information.
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects our commitment to excellence.
