Front Desk Agents are the face of the hotel and the heartbeat of the guest experience. You’ll create strong first impressions, support guests throughout their stay, and help extended-stay travelers feel truly at home.

Requirements

Availability to work weekends and holidays
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort using computers and basic office software
Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth
Serving as the primary point of contact for guest questions, requests, and concerns
Supporting extended-stay guests with packages, local recommendations, and on-site amenities
Managing reservations, changes, and future bookings using Hilton systems
Resolving guest concerns professionally and escalating when appropriate
Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and leadership to ensure guest needs are met
Maintaining lobby cleanliness and presentation standards
Upholding brand, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times
