About The Position

Be an ambassador to and advocate for the guest experience, from arrival to departure and everything in between. To act as a liaison between the property, the city, the state and the resort guests. This will include directing the guests to any department on property for assistance; to assist the guests in any way, to include reservations, on and off property (i.e., for sleeping rooms, dinner, sports, theater, etc.), arrange transportation to and from the airport, around town, around the state and to assist guests with any services they may need.

Requirements

  • Two years experience as a Concierge or Front Desk Agent at a private club or a AAA and/or Mobile rated hotel.
  • A valid driver’s license required.
  • Computer skills.
  • General cashiering/concierge duties.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Jacksonville area.
  • General knowledge of the State of Florida.
  • Working knowledge of the concierge position.
  • Ability to assist guests and members in a professional manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service skills or hotel/resort experience preferred.
