The Front Desk Agent is responsible for processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. They will secure payment, activate/reissue room keys, and ensure rates match market codes, documenting any exceptions. The role involves verifying/adjusting billing for guests, communicating with appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room, and advising guests of messages. The Front Desk Agent will coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns, file guest paperwork or documentation, and provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors. Flexibility and availability to work any day of the week are required.
