About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join their team at Mountain Run at Boyne Resort. This role is responsible for ensuring every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest requests. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests and owners create lasting vacation memories.

Requirements

  • Proficient English language
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
  • 6 months Customer Service Experience.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests and owners on arrival.
  • Check in/out guests.
  • Generates folio and collects payments.
  • Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
