About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join their team at Mountain Run at Boyne Resort. This role is responsible for ensuring every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience. The Front Desk Clerk will handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest requests, and contribute to creating memorable vacation experiences. Requirements

  • Proficient English language
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
  • 6 months Customer Service Experience.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests and owners on arrival.
  • Check in/out guests.
  • Generates folio and collects payments.
  • Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
