About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience. You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay. Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Hotel front desk experience is required

Nice To Haves

  • Hilton experience is a plus
