This role involves promptly addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction, handling guest charges, payments, and mail/messages with professionalism. The agent will also stay knowledgeable about the hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers, communicate guest feedback effectively, and respond quickly to various requests. A full understanding of hotel safety and emergency procedures is also required.
