About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent, you will deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, memorable experience from check-in through check-out. This position requires flexibility to work weekends, as well as morning and evening shifts. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you play a vital role in shaping the guest experience and representing our commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Ensure all guest complaints are appropriately addressed, documented, and resolved promptly.
  • Communicate special requests, room changes, early arrivals, late departures, and other guest needs to the appropriate departments.
  • Support the Night Auditor with front desk operations and accounting-related duties as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute nightly reports and other required documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships across all hotel departments.
  • Follow all hotel security, emergency, fire, health, and safety procedures and assist with their implementation when necessary.
  • Operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Support the hotel's sustainability initiatives by performing duties in an environmentally conscious manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
