About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team as a Part Time Front Desk Agent at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wentzville, MO. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests. While no prior hotel experience is required as full paid training is provided, a strong work ethic and responsibility are essential. The agent will be responsible for running the front desk during their shift, serving as the main point of contact for guests, and often working independently, requiring the ability to stay focused and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, complete registration procedures, assign accommodations, issue room keys, and provide directions and hotel information
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
  • Ensure all required documentation and transactions are properly completed
  • Perform end-of-day closeout procedures
  • Generate and review daily reports
  • Process reservations, including creating, confirming, and canceling bookings
  • Accurately handle cash, receipts, guest accounts, and credit transactions, ensuring all financial records are balanced
