Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with property management systems like Opera
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in complaint resolution
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
