Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize front desk activities
  • Experience in customer service and complaint resolution
  • Experience with cash handling and billing
  • Reservation management and PMS proficiency (e.g. Opera)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word
  • Proficient with PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Proficient with Outlook
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
