About The Position

La Siesta Resort & Marina is seeking a friendly, outgoing Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and help create memorable experiences at its waterfront resort in the Florida Keys. The role provides exceptional customer service, supports accurate and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, responds to questions and resolves concerns, and helps guests make the most of local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities. The Front Desk Agent works with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and maintains an organized front desk while handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cash-handling experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
