About The Position
Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Draper. Position is part-time, weekend availability a MUST, shifts are 3pm-11pm (16 hours per week, covering most Sunday evenings). Some knowledge and/or experience is required.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming
- Some knowledge and/or experience is required
- Weekend availability a MUST
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates
