Requirements
- Enjoy engaging with new people every day with constant warmth and a smile.
- Enjoy being the key person to ensure hotel guests are well taken care in an efficient and organized manner.
- Can lift linen bundles that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Pride in organizational and time management skills.
- Looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all initial guest interactions, including, but not limited to check in/check out; problem resolution, delivering an award-winning service to every guest, every time.
