Requirements
- Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation systems
- A passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences
- Availability to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in guests with a smile, ensuring smooth and efficient arrivals and departures
- Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
- Provide local recommendations and assist guests in making their stay unforgettable
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and inviting
