About The Position

Are you a friendly Front Desk Agent with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences? Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and be the welcoming face of our hotel establishment. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Requirements

Previous front desk experience or customer service role in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous cash handling experience required
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel property management software (PMS) experience required
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays required for front desk hotel operations
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression for guests
Efficiently manage front desk check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
Provide guest assistance and recommendations regarding local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
