Front Desk Agent
About The Position
At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as a Front Desk Agent means you will provide exceptional service to all guests staying at one of our world class resorts. You’ll also check guests in and out of our hotel properties and answer any guest questions or concerns throughout their stay. You will verify guest information as they enter the Hotel Breakers parking lot, being the first to welcome them to the hotel. You will learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System. Must remain active through October 26th in order to be eligible for bonus pay. Incentive will be paid out after November 1st. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
Requirements
- Ages 18+
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Cedar Point.
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
