About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure each guest feels valued and comfortable throughout their stay. You will also provide information on hotel services, amenities, and property offerings to enhance each guest’s stay. In addition, this role may periodically support guest transportation needs by driving the hotel’s shuttle transit vans, ensuring guests are transported safely, promptly, and courteously to and from designated local destinations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, especially in roles focused on creating positive and authentic guest or client experiences.
  • A genuine passion for serving others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with proper grammar.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including varying shifts, days, and hours.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license in good standing.

  • Create memorable guest experiences through a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Share knowledge of hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Communicate guest feedback and needs effectively with team members and management.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • May periodically support guest transportation needs
