About The Position

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Responsibilities

• Manage front desk activities and help maintain an organized reception area.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments when required.
• Receive and distribute correspondence, documents, and internal communications.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and update information as needed.
• Communicate effectively with different departments to support daily operations.
• Handle inquiries professionally and help resolve routine concerns.
• Support the team with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
