About The Position
This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively, “Marriott”). The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, termination, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in hotel front desk desired
- A love for meeting new people and making meaningful connections
- A positive attitude and natural flair for customer service
- Reliability, integrity and a team spirit
- Your best professional manners
- Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
- Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
- Ability to act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
Responsibilities
- Uses technology to ensure best guest experience
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
- Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
- Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions.
- Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with sensitivity.
- Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures.
- General administrative functions to include answer front desk main lines, respond to GXP, and track GSS and Trip Advisor scores.
