The core mission of the Front Desk Agent is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. This involves maintaining happy guests through excellent guest relations, spotless cleanliness in all workspaces, product consistency and quality, and strong teamwork. The Front Desk Agent is expected to greet guests happily, use their names, handle challenging situations with hospitality, and possess strong knowledge of the hotel's features and amenities. They must also maintain clean workspaces, pitch in as needed for cleaning, and ensure operational checklists are completed accurately. A flawless uniform and professional communication are also key expectations.
